The Sharing Center helps with basic needs

A grateful Mom wants to say "Thank You" to those who helped her
in a financial crisis

"It's not much, but here's a little donation for The Sharing Center to help someone else in their time of need," read the letter wrapped around a check for $100. The donor was a woman who had received help from us three years earlier after an automobile accident put her out of work for a long time, eventually causing her to be evicted when she could not pay her rent. Lucida's back is "still messed up for life," but she says she has much for which to be thankful.

Lucida has been able to return to work and even to buy a small house. One of her sons served a tour of duty in Iraq and returned home safely to his new wife. Her younger child continues "to be my rock" through all the trials. Your gifts to help grateful mothers such as Lucida during financial disasters are urgently needed.

Checks may be made to The Sharing Center and marked "Greater Need." Mail to 600 N. Hwy. 17-92, Ste. 158, Longwood, FL 32750.
